Project details, contact information and files you choose to share may be used by our team and trusted service providers solely to support your request.
Victoria is our AI virtual receptionist. We keep call details and the information you provide to help our team follow up. When audio recording is available, we ask for your permission before recording begins. You may decline and receive assistance without an audio recording, or withdraw permission during the call. A transferred advisor is asked separately before their part of the conversation is recorded.
Permitted recordings are stored with our communications provider, Twilio, and are available to authorized Luminix team members through our private administrative panel for request review and follow-up. The portion before permission is not recorded. Please do not share passwords, verification codes, payment-card details or other sensitive information with the receptionist.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, including permitted call recordings, by contacting Luminix Shades. Files and draft information should only include details you are comfortable sharing for project evaluation.
